- Products are unable to be exchanged. However, you are able to return the unwanted item(s) for a refund and place a new order for the desired item(s).
- Must include a valid original purchase order number from www.blantechimports.com.
- Returned products must be in their original packaging without any missing contents.
- Aside for registered members, return shipping is at buyer’s cost unless stated otherwise by our support team.
- Customers will be given a Product Refund—shipping & handling fees will NOT be refunded.

* Bundle Items: To receive a refund, you must return all items within the bundle. Whatever discounted bundled items are not returned, will convert into a full-price purchase, and the order will be refunded accordingly.
Instructions for Returns
Please follow these instructions for returns:
1. Contact support chat and enter your order number and email address associated with the order.
2. Notify support representative of item(s) you wish to return, and enter the reason for return for each item.
3. Available shipping methods and costs for the return will be provided by our support team. Registered members should receive the shipping label via email in 1-2 business days, pending approval. (may have been sorted into your Spam folder).
4. Package the item(s) and invoice, affix the shipping label (if applicable), and await your free return pick up.
5. You should receive email notification of the refund once we have received and processed the returned package.
